We offer an extensive range of PET bottles and jars that we can produce on request under Cleanroom conditions. Our Cleanroom production corresponds to Class 7 according to ISO 14644-1 and, along with its certification, is renewed annually.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n

How a cleanroom works<\/h3>\n

A cleanroom is a confined area that aims to create an extremely clean environment for sensitive processes or products.<\/p>\n

The air in the cleanroom is purified by high-performance filters to remove particles and microorganisms while maintaining a constant positive pressure to prevent outside intrusion.<\/p>\n

To prevent contaminants from entering the room, people entering the clean room must pass through an airlock. There they put on overalls, hairnets and shoe covers. In addition, strict work procedures must be adhered to so that no contamination can arise from their work.<\/p>\n

To maintain the cleanliness of the space, surfaces are regularly cleaned, filters are replaced and air quality is monitored.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Our qualified Cleanroom concept \u2013 coupled with many years of production know-how \u2013 meets the expectations of the Ever-growing requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and end-user patient safety needs.<\/p>\n

In order to reduce the danger of contamination, the produced products are automatically packed in a Brickpack. On request, we are able to increase your packaging by up to two additional Brickpacks, to ensure even greater security.<\/p>\n
