Responsibilities as a Sales assistance

  • Managing our national and international customers.
  • Processing orders and handling customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing quotes and addressing questions/complaints
  • Supporting the sales team with back-office tasks
  • Invoice generation and billing
  • Maintaining customer master data in SAP

Expertise & Qualities

  • Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in sales
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Customer-focused and structured work approach
