Responsibilities as a Sales assistance
- Managing our national and international customers.
- Processing orders and handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes and addressing questions/complaints
- Supporting the sales team with back-office tasks
- Invoice generation and billing
- Maintaining customer master data in SAP
Expertise & Qualities
- Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in sales
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Customer-focused and structured work approach
